| 摘 要： | 目的探讨胃息肉内镜下治疗的疗效及安全性。方法对2007年5月-2011年5月施行胃镜下息肉治疗（包括高频电凝电切、氩离子凝固术及内镜下黏膜切除术）的73例病例进行回顾性分析。结果该组73例患者，110枚息肉均予内镜下切除，治疗过程中37枚采用圈套电凝电切，31枚采用电凝烧灼，40枚采用氩离子凝固术，2枚采用内镜下黏膜切除术。该组未出现并发症。结论内镜下治疗胃息肉是一种疗效确切、安全简便的方法。

| Abstract: | Objective To assess the clinical efficacy and safety of endoscopic therapy for gastric polyps.Methods We analyzed 73 patients treated by endoscopic therapy（including high frequency electrocoagulation,argon plasma coagulation and endoscopic mucosal resection） from 2007.05 to 2011.05. Results 73 patients with 110 polyps were successfully treated,37 polyps were treated by the high frequency snare,31 polyps were cauterized by high frequency electrocoagulation,40 polyps were removed by argon plasma coagulation,and 2 polyps were treated by endoscopic mucosal resection.There＇s no complications in this study. Conclusion Endoscopic therapy for gastric polyps is an effective and safe method. |
