| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨应用股骨近端髓内钉(PFN-A)在股骨粗隆间骨折治疗中疗效.方法 收集2009年2月～2010年12月应用PFN-A内固定治疗30例股骨粗隆间骨折的相关临床资料,对手术方式及疗效进行评价.结果 所有30例患者术后均获随访,29例骨折愈合,1例未愈合,治疗优良率 96.7%.结论 PFN-A治疗股骨粗隆间骨折...

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the efficacy of PFN-A in the treatment of intertrochanteric fractures. Methods From February 2009 to December 2010,the clinical data of 30 cases who got intertrochanterie fractures and treated with application of PFN-A were collected retrospectively, evaluating the operation methods and curative efficacy.Results All of the 30 patients had been followed up, fractures of 29 cases healed,and 1 case did not healed,the successful ratio of treatment was 96.7%.Conclusion The curative efficacy of PFN-A in the treatment of intertrochanteric fractures was exact. |
