2010年泰州市市直学校7～12岁学生第一恒磨牙龋病状况调查

目的了解泰州市7~12岁学生第一恒磨牙患龋情况,为学生常见病防治中的龋病预防提供信息支持和科学依据。方法采用WHO《口腔健康调查基本方法》中的龋病诊断标准对市直学校7~12岁学生进行第一恒磨牙的患龋情况检查。结果在受检的3 309名学生中,第一恒磨牙患龋人数为948名,患龋率为28.65%,龋均为1.64;患龋率随着年龄增长而提高,12岁学生第一恒磨牙患龋率最高;男女生患龋率差异有统计学意义;龋坏主要发生于第一恒磨牙的牙合面窝沟,下颌第一恒磨牙的患龋率高于上颌。结论本市学生第一恒磨牙患龋率较高,充填率则较低。为保护学生口腔健康,需加强学生口腔宣教的力度,加强口腔卫生服务,指导学生养成良好的口腔卫生习惯,用含氟牙膏有效刷牙。另外,第一恒磨牙的窝沟封闭,也是预防龋病的有效措施,需要通过多种手段降低第一恒磨牙的患龋率。
