| 摘 要： | 目的探讨Hedgehog信号中的Glil蛋白在乳腺癌组织中的表达及其临床意义。方法我院2008年5月一2010年6月收集的64例乳腺癌组织以及52例癌旁正常乳腺组织，采用免疫组化S—P方法测定乳腺癌组织中Glil蛋白的表达情况。结果通过免疫组化分析，正常乳腺组织细胞中的Glil蛋白无明显表达，而在乳腺癌组织中表达明显，二组比较有显著性差异（Y2=82．4731，P〈0．01）；G1il蛋白在乳腺癌患者腋窝淋巴结有无转移中的表达有显著差异（x2=23．3903，P〈0．01），在Ⅲ期乳腺癌中的阳性表达率高于I一Ⅱ期乳腺癌（x2=12．9067，P〈0．01）。结论乳腺癌组织的发生演变的过程中Hedgehog信号在传导的通路中表现活跃，与乳腺癌的发生有密切的关系。
