| 摘 要： | 目的了解小学生口腔健康教育的干预效果,探索学生防治龋齿的有效途径。方法选择研究要素基本相同的2所学校所有四年级学生作为研究对象,分为实验组(210人)和对照组(240人),对实验组学生及家长进行口腔健康教育干预,对照组不采取任何措施。分别于干预前、后采用问卷对小学生口腔卫生知识知晓情况进行调查。结果干预后实验组学生口腔卫生基本知识知晓率、正确刷牙率分别从79.52%,60.95%上升到89.71%,79.41%,差异有统计学意义;龋患率、龋均分别从48.57%,1.81下降到22.55%,0.60,差异有统计学意义。与对照组学生相比均有明显提高,差异有统计学意义。结论口腔保健健康干预能有效提高小学生的口腔保健知识,纠正不良行为,降低患龋率。
