131例大学生自我伤害行为动机归因分析

目的探讨大学生自我伤害行为产生的动机和原因。方法采用问卷调查法,使用自制量表为大学生自我伤害调查表和艾森克个性问卷(成人)。结果影响大学生自我伤害的因素有:主观原因包括情感挫折、不良个性、抑郁情绪等,客观原因包括学业压力、经济压力、就业压力等。有自我伤害行为的大学生在情绪表达方面存在明显内向特征,EPQ显示E分为男38.1,女41.3为典型特征。在个性上存在着高敏感、高焦虑的特点,其中女性EPQ结果为N分62.1,是典型特征、在应对方式上有不成熟的方面。结论解决大学生自我伤害问题,一方面要构建和谐社会与和谐校园,另一方面还必须优化心理环境和培养良好的个性素质。

Attributive analysis of self-injurious motivation in 131 university students
