针刺单纯性肥胖患者血液流变学指标的效应

目的观察针刺对单纯性肥胖患者观察血液流变学指标变化，探讨针刺减肥治疗机理。方法门诊单纯性肥胖患者32例，采用针刺腹部相关穴位，每日1次，10次为1疗程，3个疗程后自身对照，比较针刺前后体重、腰围、体质指数、血液流变学指标变化。结果经针刺3个疗程，单纯性肥胖患者体重减轻，腰围缩小，不同切变率下全血黏度、血浆黏度及红细胞聚集指数明显降低，红细胞变形能力增强（P〈0．01）；便秘、腹胀、月经不调、痤疮等症状均有明显改善。结论针刺人体脾胃经相关穴位可以改善胃肠动力学，降低血液黏稠度，加快血流速度，改善血液流变性，减肥塑形。

Effect of Hemorheology of Acupuncture in Patients with Simple Obesity

Objective to explore the mechanism Observation of acupuncture of acupuncture weight loss outpatient,acupuncture points related to the abdomen,1 on hemorheological indexes in patients with obesity, and treatment. Methods 32 patients with simple obesity in day,10 times as a course of treatment,after 3 courses of self-control to compare indicators change with weight before and after acupuncture,waist circumference,body mass index,hemorheological indexes. Results After 3 courses of treatment with acupuncture on obese patients,we observed weight loss,waist circumference reduced,whole blood viscosity,plasma viscosity in different shear rate and erythrocyte aggregation were declined obviously, erythrocyte deformability indices were significant increased（P〈 0.01）;constipation,bloating,irregular menstruation,acne and other symptoms showed significant improvement.Conclusion To acupuncture spleen-stomach-related acupoints can improve gastrointestinal dynamics,speed up blood flow and reduce blood viscosity, improve hemorheological indexes to weight loss shaping.
