纤维素酶提高胡芦巴有效成分收率的研究

摘    要:目的利用纤维素酶提高胡芦巴有效成分的收率。方法以甾体皂苷收率为指标,确定提高胡芦巴有效成分收率的最佳酶及最佳酶解条件。结果实验组有效成分的收率约是对照组的3.6倍;酶解的最佳实验条件为:温度50℃,pH4.4,反应72h。结论利用纤维素酶可以提高胡芦巴有效成分——甾体皂苷的收率。

Abstract:Object To improve the yield of the effective constituent in Trigonella foenum-graecum L.by cellulase. Methods To take the yield of saponin as index to confirm the optimal enzyme and the best enzymolysis condition for improving the yield of saponin. Results The yield of the effective constituent in experimental group is about 3.6 times of that in control group; the best experimental condition for enzymolysis is: temperature 50 ℃, pH 4.4, time 72 h. Conclusion By using cellulase, the yield of effective constituent of T. foenum-graecum - saponin could be increased.
