| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨小儿氟乙酰胺中毒的临床表现和救治方法。方法:对20例氟乙酰胺中毒患儿的临床资料进行分析。结果:临床多以头痛、恶心、呕吐、抽搐、心悸为主要表现。经乙酰胺解毒、对症支持疗法,16例治愈,2例好转。结论:认识急性氟乙酰胺中毒的临床意义,有助于早期诊断和合理治疗。其特效解毒剂是乙酰胺。综合治疗措施不容忽视。

| Abstract: | Objective To study clinical the clinical date o f manifestations and treatment of fluoroacetamide poi-soning in children.Methods To like analyse 20cases of fluoroacetamide poisoning in child.Result s The patients manifested as headache?nausea?vomiting?convulsion?palpitation,etc.20cases were treated with aceta mide and combined therapy.16cases were cure d,2improved.Conclusion Early diagnosis and rational management can be achieved by understanding the clini cal characteristics in acute fluoro acetamide poisoning.Acetamide is a specific antidote for the treatment of this di sease.Combined therapy should not be neglected. |
