ELISA法检测血清TB4抗体对结核病的诊断价值

目的 评价结核分支杆菌H37RV多肽(TB4)抗体对结核病的诊断价值.方法 采用结核分支杆菌多肽(TB4)为包被抗原,应用ELISA法检测69例临床诊断为肺结核患者、45例支气管炎患者、70例健康体检者血清抗结核抗体水平,计算诊断试验的相关指标.结果 TB4抗原以ELISA法检测结核病的敏感性为76.8%、特异性为95.7%、阳性预测值为91.4%、阴性预测值为87.3%、准确率为88.6%.结论 以TB4为抗原,采用ELISA法检测血清抗结核抗体,可用于临床结核病的辅助诊断.

Evaluation of anti-TB4 antibody for serological diagnosis of tuberculosis by ELISA

Objective To evaluate the value for detecting serum anti-TB_4 antibody(TB_4-IgG) in diagnosis of tuberculosis. Methods Polypeptide(TB_4) of Mycobacterium tuberculosis was used as an antigen to detect serum anti-TB antibodies by ELISA.69 patients with pulmonary tuberculosis,45 patients with tracheitis and 70 healthy controls were detected using the antigen by ELISA.Sensitivity and specificity of the antigen in diagnosis of tuberculosis were determined. Results The sensitivity of the antibody in diagnosis of(tuberculosis) was 76.8%,while the specificity was 95.7%.The positive and negative prediction were 91.4% and 87.3% respectively.The accuracy was 88.6%. Conclusion Detection of the anti-TB_4-IgG is helpful for clinical diagnosis of tuberculosis.
