血标本不同保存条件对生化检验结果影响的探讨

目的:探讨全血和血清标本不同保存条件对生化检验结果的影响,寻求保存血液生化标本的理想方法。方法:在全自动生化分析仪和电解质分析仪上,对以全血和血清形式于4℃保存的标本连续测定1周,并分别于第2周、第3周、第4周测定冷冻保存的该份血清标本的12项生化项目。结果:血清标本ALT、CK、LDH从第3天至第7天便出现变化,与第1天结果差异有显著意义。其余项目在4周内无显著变化。全血标本中K+、P、GLU等项目第2天的结果变化已有极显著意义;ALT、LDH及CK从第3天开始出现变化,但不能认为真实地反映了血清中该三种酶所提示的临床意义。结论:需保留用于复查生化结果的血标本以血清加塞冷藏或冷冻保存为佳,个别项目可以全血形式冷藏保存。

Explore of the Influence to the Result of Biochemistry Testing When the Blood Specimen Have Different Saving Condition

Objective To explore the influence to the result of biochemistry mensurate when the whole blood and serum specimen have different saving condition,and look after the ideality method for save Blood Biochemistry Specimen.Methods By the entirely automatism biochemistry assay apparatus and electrolyte assay apparatus,we have in regular sequence determine the whole blood and the serum format that were keeping in 4 ℃ condition for a week,and separately set out the twelve biochemistry items of the refrigera tionserum specimen in the secondly、thirdly and fourthly week.Results In theserum specimen,the value of ALT、CK and LDH have appeared change from the third day until the seventh day,and compare with the firth day,this differentia has remarkable significance,and the etceteras items hadn't remarkable significance around four weeks.In the whole blood specimen,the value of K~+、P、GLU had changed at the second day and it also had fearfully marked significance;and the value of ALT、LDH、CK begun to change from the third day,but these changes couldn't be considered that they had factually reflected the clinic meaning of these three enzyme strips in the serum.Conclusion The blood specimen which is used to countercheck the result of the biochemistry,be required to keep down,and it does fine if you take the serum toting a stopper and hold it in the cold storage or refrigerate condition,exceptional item can be holding in the cold storage condition by the whole blood format.
