摘    要:目的:探讨随舰远航对飞行人员血浆神经肽AVP、NT、NPY和Gal含量的影响。方法:对为期1周16名和为期3周11名随舰远航飞行人员,采用放射免疫法测定航行前后血浆AVP、NT、NPY和Gal含量。结果:随舰远航1周后血浆NT、NPY含量较航行前有显著性降低(P<0.01或P<0.05);而血浆AVP含量较航行前有显著性升高(P<0.05)。随舰远航3周后血浆NPY和Gal含量在远航后显著性升高(P<0.01),而血浆AVP较远航前无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论:随舰远航可导致飞行人员血浆神经肽AVP、NT、NPY和Gal含量发生不同变化,且含量变化与远航时间相关。

Abstract:Objective: To investigate changes in plasma levels of neuropeptides in helicopter pilots who deployed onboard the ship.Method: Plasma levels of AVP,NT,NPY and Gal were measured with radioimmunoassay respectively in 27 pilots,i.e.16 pilots deployed with the ship for 1 week and 11 pilots deployed at sea for 3 weeks.Results: Levels of NT,NPY decreased significantly than pre-deployment(P<0.01 or P<0.05),while level of AVP increased significantly than pre-deployment(P<0.05).As for the 11 helicopter pilots who deployed with the ship for 3 weeks,levels of NPY and Gal increased significantly post-deployment(P<0.01),while level of AVP had no significant changes,when compared with that of pre-deployment(P<0.05).Conclusion: Sea deployment could induce different changes in the levels of AVP,NT,NPY and Gal,and these changes in the plasma levels are correlated with the length of sea deployment.
