冠脉造影结果与中医舌诊脉诊关系研究

目的通过观察冠心病患者舌象、脉象特点,并与冠脉造影(CAG)结果进行对比分析,探讨冠心场患者中医舌象、脉象与冠状动脉病变的相关性。方法观察来自北京阜外心血管病医院的300例冠心病患者中医证候、舌象、脉象、冠脉造影检查,并将结果进行对比。结果冠心病组与冠脉正常组相比,血瘀症的舌象、脉象明显增多,且比例随病变支数增加而增加,介入治疗后再狭窄比例也增高。结论冠心病患者证候以瘀血证为多,其舌象、脉象改变与冠脉病变程度具有相关性。

Study on the relationship of tongue inspection, pulse diagnosis with the result of coronary angiography

Objective It is to observe the character of tongue inspection and pulse diagnosis in patients with coronary heart disease (CHD), and approach the relativity of sign of tongue and pulse with the result of coronary angiography (CAG).Methods The symptoms, signs of tongue and pulse and CAG of 300 patients with CHD from Beijing Fuwai Hospital were observed and compared.Results Compared with normal coronary artery, the signs of tongue and pulse of blood stasis type were increased obviously in patients with CHD, and they were increased with the rising of number of diseased coronary artery. The rate of restenosis after PCI was increased too. Conclusion The blood stasis symptoms are relative larger in patients with CHD. The changes of tongue and pulse have relativity with severity of coronary lesions.
