| 摘 要： | 目的观察Vitapex根充剂充填治疗慢性瘘管型根尖周炎的疗效.方法选择瘘管型慢性根尖周炎的患牙,经过完善的根管预备及瘘管通过后,使用Vitapex根充剂进行根管充填.结果43例患牙治愈率为93.0%,有效率为2.3%,失败率为4.7%.结论Vitapex根充剂充填治疗瘘管型慢性根尖周炎疗效好,瘘管愈合速度快.

| Abstract: | Objective: In order to observe the treatment effect of the root canal filling paste Vitapex for chronic periapical periodontitis with fistulae. Methods: The teeth subjected to chronic periapical periodontitis with fistulae were selected. Vitapex was used as the root canal filling paste after root canal preparation and fistulae passed-through. Results: In 43 teeth, 93. 1 % were cured perfectly, 2. 3 % were treated effectively and 4. 6 % were failed. Conclusion: that Vitapex is an effective, easy-to-use, practical root canal filling paste, espcially to treat the teeth with chronic periapical periodontitis with fistulae. |
