| 摘 要： | 目的探讨医院鲍曼不动杆菌感染爆发流行的环节及控制措施。方法对医院鲍曼不动杆菌感染暴发流行进行有关情况调查并分析防治控制措施。结果简易人工呼吸器、医护人员的手、治疗室的洗手水槽采样后均检出鲍曼不动杆菌。经过彻底消毒简易人工呼吸器、规范洗手操作、加强环境管理及感染者管理，疫情很快得到控制。结论加强简易人工呼吸器的消毒和采取综合性防治措施是控制鲍曼不动杆菌感染流行的重要环节。

| Abstract: | Objective To study the links of outbreak of Acinetobacter baumannii and controlling measures.Method Surveys on outbreak situation of Acinetobacter baumannii in hospital and analyze controlling and preventing measures.Result Acinetobacter baumannii is tested in ventilator,nursing stuff's hands and washing tank in therapy room.Epidemic situation is soon controlled after disinfecting the ventilator thoroughly,standardizing the operation of washing hands and enhancing the management on environment and patients.Conclusion Enhancing the disinfection of ventilator and take comprehensive prevention measures are important strategies of controlling the epidemic trends of Acinetobacter baumannii. |
