人性化护理在妇产科患者护理中的应用效果评价

目的:探讨人性化护理在妇产科患者护理工作中的应用效果。方法:将妇产科收治的180例患者随机分为两组,一组给予常规护理,另一组实施人性化护理,并对两组患者的焦虑、抑郁情绪和患者对我院护理工作的满意度进行比较。结果:观察组患者的焦虑和抑郁状态明显减轻,对护士的服务态度、健康教育、治疗性操作、心理护理的满意度比对照组显著提高。结论:将人性化护理应用于妇产科患者的护理中可取得较好的效果,能够改善患者的心理状态,有助于提高患者对护理工作的满意度。同时也能体现护理工作的全面性、科学性、人性化。

Humanized nursing care in obstetric and gynecologic patients effect evaluation of application

Objective To explore the humanized nursing care in obstetric and gynecologic patients in application effect.Methods in our hospital between 2009 and 2012 March obstetrics and gynecology hospital treated 180 cases of patients were randomly divided into two groups,one group received routine nursing,another group of carrying out humanistic nursing,and two groups of patients with anxiety and depression and patients on nursing job satisfaction were compared.Results the observation group in patients with anxiety and depression significantly reduced,the nurses' service attitude,health education,psychological nursing,therapeutic operation satisfaction increased significantly compared with the control group.Conclusion the humanized nursing on patients in department of obstetrics and gynecology nursing can achieve better results,to improve the psychological status of the patients,contribute to enhanced patient degree of satisfaction to the nursing work.At the same time can also reflect the nursing work is comprehensive,scientific,human nature.
