| 摘 要： | 河南省某高校发生一起感染性腹泻暴发,专业人员进行了流行病学调查、处理,同时采集样本进行检测。本次疫情仅涉及一所高校,发生病例753例,罹患率3.39%,疫情持续27 d。病例临床表现以腹泻、腹痛、呕吐、恶心胃肠道症状为主。98份病例样本中诺如病毒GⅡ型检测阳性率31.63%。

Survey of a norovirus caused diarrhea outbreak in an university in Henan |

| Abstract: | Objective An outbreak of infectious diarrhea occurred in an university in Henan province. Then the epidemiological survey and emergency response were conducted, and samples were collected for testing. The outbreak lasted for 27 days, involving 753 cases. The attack rate was 3.39%. Clinical symptoms of the cases mainly included diarrhea, abdominal pain, vomiting and nausea. Norovirus GⅡ was detected in 31 of 98 stool samples(31.63%). |
