隐性骨折影像学诊断的比较

目的 通过X线平片、CT平扫、ECT、MRI扫描对比,探讨隐性骨折早期诊断的最佳影像学检查方法.方法 回顾分析33例隐性骨折的影像学表现.其中33例全部做了X线平片及MRI扫描, 18例做了CT平扫,6例做了核素骨显像.结果 33例平片全部阴性;33例MRI扫描全部阳性显示;18例CT检查11例阳性;6例核素骨显像4例阳性显像.结论 螺旋CT、MRII和核素骨显像对隐性骨折的诊断均有重要价值,通过对比分析,MRI是隐性骨折早期诊断的最佳影像学检查方法.

Occult bone fracture comparison of different medical imaging modalities in dignosis
