| 摘 要： | 目的了解该院药品不良反应(ADR)发生的基本情况,促进临床合理用药。方法对该院2009-2010年上报的67例ADR进行统计分析。结果 67例ADR报告中,涉及药物共4类42个品种,其中抗感染药物居首位,占77.61%(52例);在给药途径上,以静脉滴注方式给药引发的ADR最多,占76.12%(51例)。ADR引起的主要临床表现以皮肤系统损害最多,占52.24%(35例)。结论必须加强ADR监测、报告、防范和处理,有效减少ADR事件,强化临床用药安全保障。

| Abstract: | Objective To understand of hospital adverse drug reaction（ADR） occurred in the basic conditions for clinical use of drug.Methods Statistical analysed 67 cases of ADR from 2009 to 2010.Results In 67 cases ADR reports,involvd a total of four categories of drugs 42 varieties,included anti-infective drug in the first place,accounted for 77.61%（52 cases）;On the route of administration,way of administration by intravenous infusion of ADR caused the highest percentage 76.12%（51 cases）.The main clinical manifestations of ADR caused system damage to the skin the most,accounted for 52.24%（35 cases）.Conclusion Must enhence ADR monitoring,reporting,prevention and treatment,effectively reduce the ADR event,enhance clinical drug-use safety. |
