| 摘 要： | 目的观察急性左心衰竭患者经无创正压通气治疗的临床方法。方法选取52例急性左心衰竭患者分成两组,对照组24例,仅给予常规药物治疗,治疗组28例,除给予常规药物治疗外给予正压通气治疗,观察治疗前后临床症状、体征的变化。结果治疗组中临床症状、体征和临床指标的改善明显优于对照组。结论无创BIPAP可明显改善低氧血症和提高抢救成功率。

| Abstract: | Objective To observe the clinical therapeutic effect of using noninvasive positive pressure ventilation for cases with acute left ventrical heart failure.Methods 52 patients with acute left ventrical heart failure were divided into 2 groups: the comparison group with conventional therapy,the treat group with bi-level positive airway pressure(BiPAP).The Clinical symptom and physical signs before and after treatment were observed,including artery pH,PaO2,PaCO2,HR,RR,MAP and SaO2 of blood gas analysis.Results In the treatment group,clinical symptom,physical signs improved,as well as the artery pH,PaO2,PaCO2,HR,RR,MAP and SaO2 of blood gas analysis.Conclusion Noninvasive BiPAP can improve hypoxemia and achievement ratio of rescuing. |
