| 摘 要： | 目的观察清开灵注射液的解热和抗炎作用。方法采用酵母菌致大鼠发热法,观察清开灵注射液的解热作用;采用新鲜蛋清致大鼠足趾肿胀法,观察清开灵注射液的抗炎作用。结果与0.9%氯化钠溶液对照组比较,清开灵注射液能显著降低酵母菌致大鼠发热模型的体温(P<0.05),并能显著抑制蛋清致大鼠足趾肿胀的炎症反应(P<0.05)。结论清开灵注射液具有良好的解热和抗炎作用。

| Abstract: | Objective To observe the antipyretic and anti-inflammatory effects of Qingkailing ingection.Methods The fever models were established by rats with high temperature induced by yeast,and the inflammatory models were established by rats with foot edema induced by fresh egg white.The antipyretic and the anti-inflammatory effects of Qingkailing ingection were observed.Results Compared with the saline group,Qingkailing ingection showed significant antipyretic activity in rats with high temperature induced by yeast（P〈0.05）,and appeared significant anti-inflammatory activity in rats with foot edema induced by fresh egg white（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Qingkailing ingection has notable effects of antipyretic and anti-inflammatory. |
