新生儿窒息167例产科原因分析

目的探讨新生儿窒息的产科原因,以求降低新生儿窒息的发生率和围生期新生儿死亡率。方法对167例新生儿窒息原因进行分析。结果新生儿窒息发生率6.75%。脐带因素43例,胎盘因素37例,羊水因素27例,宫缩过频过强21例,早产16例,胎膜早破13例,第二产程延长8例,其他2例。结论新生儿窒息的发生与脐带、胎盘、羊水、宫缩、早产、胎膜早破、第二产程延长等因素有关。

An Analysis on Obstetrical Reasons of 167 Asphyxia of Newborn Cases

Objective To find out the obstetrical reasons of asphyxia of newborn,so as to lower the incidence rate of asphyxia of newborn and mortality rate of newborns in perinatal peroid.Methods A retrospective analysis was made on 167 asphyxia of newborn cases.Results The rate of asphyxia of newborn was 6.75%.On different asphyxia causes of umbilical cord factors,placental factors,amniotic fluid factors,overfrequent and too much uterine contraction,abortion,premature rupture of fetal membranes,prolonged second stage of labor and others,the cases was 43,37,27,21,16,13,8and 2 separately.Conclusion The asphyxia of newborn has some connection with umbilical cord,uterine contraction,placental,amniotic fluid,abortion,premature rupture of fetal membranes,etc.
