抗菌药物临床应用情况调查分析

目的调查和分析医院抗菌药的临床使用现状和存在问题,为抗菌药的合理应用和管理提供科学的依据。方法回顾性调查分析医院2011年临床科室的789份出院病历,内容包括抗菌药使用情况、选用原因和依据、联用情况、给药途径、感染病例细菌培养送检情况等,并进行统计分析。结果 789例患者中共使用抗菌药10大类52种,使用最多的是头孢菌素类和青霉素类。抗菌药物使用率68.1%,其中临时用药比例8.2%,长期用药比例91.6%,长期用药中联合用药比例57.7%;病原体培养及药敏试验的送检率为8.6%。结论抗菌药物选用依据仍以经验用药为主,联合用药比例过高,抗菌药物合理应用的管理须进一步加强。

Monitoring and Evaluation of Clinical Application of Antimicrobial Agents

Objective To survey and antibacterial drugs in our hospital status and problems of clinical use for the rational use of antimicrobial agents and management to provide a scientific basis.Methods A retrospective survey of hospital clinical departments in 789 in 2011were discharged from hospital medical records,including antibiotic use,reasons and basis for selection,together with the condition,route of administration infections such as bacterial culture inspection conditions,and statistical analysis.Results 789patients,10of the CPC categories using 52 kinds ofantimicrobial drugs,is used most cephalosporins and penicillins.Utilization rate of 68.1%antibiotics,in which the proportion of temporary agents 8.2%,the proportion of long-term administration 91.6%,long-term medication in the proportion of 57.7% in combination;pathogens culture and drug susceptibility testing was 8.6% inspection.Conclusion The experience of antimicrobial drug use is still the main basis,the high proportion of combination therapy,the management of rational use of antibiotics should be further strengthened.
