小剂量肝素治疗儿童过敏性紫癜对预防紫癜性肾炎的临床观察

目的观察小剂量肝素治疗儿童过敏性紫癜对紫癜性肾炎的预防效果。方法将62例过敏性紫癜患儿随机分为观察组和对照组各31例。2组均给予常规治疗,观察组在常规治疗基础上加用小剂量肝素,治疗前后2组均检查血液流变学、红细胞比容(HCT)和血小板计数,比较2组半年内发生肾损害的情况。结果观察组治疗后全血黏度、血浆黏度、HCT均低于治疗前,且改善情况优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组肾损害发生率为35.5%低于对照组的64.5%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论小剂量肝素治疗儿童过敏性紫癜可有效预防紫癜性肾炎的发生。

Clinical observation of low-dose heparin in treatment of children with allergic purpura to prevent purpura nephritis

Objective To observe the effect of low-dose heparin in treatment of children with allergic purpura to prevent purpura nephritis.Methods 62 cases patients with allergic purpura were randomly divided into observation group and control group,each of 31 cases.Two groups all received conventional therapy,but observation group were treated low-dose heparin,before and after treatment cheched hemorheology,hematocrit（HCT） and platelet count of two groups,and compared renal damage within six months of two groups.Results After treatment,whole blood viscosity,plasma viscosity and HCT in observation group were lower,and improvement situation was better than control group,the difference were statistically significant（P0.05）.Renal damage incidence in observation group（35.5%） was lower than that of control group（64.5%）,the difference was statistically significant（P0.05）.Conclusion Low-dose heparin in treatment of children with allergic purpura can effective prevent purpura nephritis.
