| 摘 要： | 目的观察康复新液联合雷贝拉唑治疗消化性溃疡的疗效。方法将胃镜确诊的53例消化性溃疡患者随机分为两组,治疗组(26例)口服康复新液加雷贝拉唑,对照组(27例)口服雷贝拉唑,对比两组症状转归及评估溃疡愈合情况。结果两组临床症状改善及溃疡愈合率比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论康复新液联合雷贝拉唑治疗消化性溃疡可提高溃疡的愈合率和总有效率。

| Abstract: | Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of Kangfuxin Liquid in combination with Rabeprazole on digestive ulcers.Methods 53 patients with digestive ulcers diagnosed with gastro endoscopy were randomly divided into two groups.The 26 patients in the study group were treated with Kangfuxin Liquid orally and Rabeprazole;The 27 patients in the control group were treated with Rabeprazole.Compare the two groups of symptoms and assessment of ulcer healing outcome.Results There were significant differences about the clinical symptom improvement and the healing rate of ulcers（P〈0.05）.Conclusion The treatment of Kangfuxin Liquid in combination with Rabeprazole on digestive ulcers can improve the healing rate of ulcerative focus and the effective rate. |
