穿琥宁注射液联合利巴韦林注射液静脉治疗呼吸道感染所致发热的效果观察

目的观察穿琥宁注射液联合利巴韦林注射液对呼吸道感染所致发热的降温作用。方法呼吸道感染所致发热患者60例随机分为A、B、C组各20例。在常规治疗基础上,A组给予穿琥宁注射液联合利巴韦林注射液治疗;B组仅给予利巴韦林注射液;C组仅给予穿琥宁注射液。观察比较3组治疗前和输液后4h体温及药物不良反应。结果 A组总有效率为90%高于B、C组的65%、55%,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。3组均未见严重药物不良反应。结论在无禁忌证的情况下,穿琥宁注射液联合利巴韦林注射液用于呼吸道感染所致发热退热效果显著。

Chuanhuning and Ribavirin combination in treatment of patients with fever caused by respiratory tract infection

Objective To observe the cooling effect of Chuanhuning of injection and ribavirin injection combination in threatment of fever caused by respiratory tract infections.Methods 60 cases of fever due to respiratory infection were randomly divided into group A,B and C（20 cases in each）.group A was given Chuanhuning injection combined with ribavirin injection;group B was given ribavirin injection;group C was given Chuanhuning injection.Before and 4h after treatment,temperature and adverse drug reactions in the three groups were observed and compared.Results The total effective rate in group A,B,and C was 90%,65%,and 55% respectively,the differences were statistically significant（P0.05）.No serious adverse drug reactions occurred in the three groups.Conclusion Of fever in patients with respiratory tract infections in the absence of contraindications to use compatibility Chuanhuning injection and ribavirin injection has good cooling effect.
