13638名退休居民健康体检分析及对策

目的通过对杭州市江干区采荷街道13638名退休居民的体检结果进行分析,对常发及高发疾病提出有针对性对策,并开展健康干预工作。方法对2010年5～12月辖区内13638名企业退休人员体检结果进行统计分析。结果按发病率由高到低排列前10位依次为脂肪肝、高脂血症、老年性白内障、高血压、视网膜动脉硬化、尿酸偏高、糖尿病、空腹血糖异常、胆结石、肝功能异常。前9种顺位疾病发病率男性均高于女性,肝功能异常发病率男性低于女性,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。脂肪肝、高脂血症检出率异常高、发病高峰集中在61～70岁,50～60岁次之;高血压、糖尿病、视网膜动脉硬化、老年性白内障发病高峰集中在>70岁人群,61～70岁次之。结论采取有效的健康教育指导,使居民树立正确的健康观念,逐步建立健康的生活方式进行健康干预十分紧迫和必要。

Analysis of healthy physical examination of 13638 retired residents

Objective To Hangzhou city Jianggan District streets Caihe 13638 retired residents physical examination results were analyzed,and a high incidence of the disease were made to put forward the countermeasure and targeted.Methods from 2010 May to December on the streets Caihe area 13638 enterprise retiree medical examination results were statistically analyzed.Results Descending order according to the incidence,the top 10 ranked diseases were fatty liver,hyperlipidemia,cataract,hypertension,retinal arteriosclerosis,high uric acid,diabetes,impaired fasting glucose,gallstones,and liver function abnormalities.of overall incidence of the disease,the first nine kinds were most of male,the incidence of liver dysfunction in female was higher than that in male,and the difference was statistically significant（P0.05）.Fatty liver,hyperlipidemia and abnormalities had a high detection rate,and the incidence peak was 61 to 70 years,followed by 50 to 60 years;incidence peaks of hypertension,diabetes,retinal arteriosclerosis,and senile cataract were over 70 year-olds,followed by 61 to 70 years,61 to 70 were the second peek.Conclusion Taking effective health education guidance to the health of the residents,establishing a correct concept of the gradual establishment of a healthy lifestyle,are very urgent to perform health interventions.
