| 摘 要： | 目的分析2009年该院30 582例孕妇的筛查和238例先天性心脏病(先心病)患儿诊断治疗和干预的成本效益。方法对实际发生的筛查和干预、治疗成本进行成本测算,估算干预成本效益。结果先心病筛查干预措施的效益成本比率为5∶1。结论证实先心病产前筛查对先心病的干预具有重要意义。

| Abstract: | Objective The related data of 30 582 pregnant women and 238 congenital heart disease cases in hospital in 2009 were collected during the study period.Methods Cost-benefit analysis was applied to evaluate the congenital heart disease screening and prevention method.Results The actual cost of the screening,prevention and treatment was measured,while the benefit of the prevention was evaluated.The result indicated that the ratio of cost for prenatal screening benefit was 5 times.Conclusion It proved strongly that per-maternity screening played an important role in the prevention of congenital heart disease. |
