摘    要:目的:制备甘草提取物缓释微丸,考察不同包衣条件下甘草提取物缓释微丸的体外释放。方法:采用单因素实验优选包衣工艺。结果:以丙烯酸树脂Eudragit RL100为包衣材料,包衣增重5%(w.w-1),增塑剂的用量为10%(w.w-1),可满足12 h缓释的要求。结论:包衣量、PEG6000量是影响药物释放的关键因素。

Abstract:Objective:To prepare glycyrrhizae extracts coated sustained release pellets and study the drug release in vitro under different coating conditions.Methods:A single factor design experiment was applied to optimize the formulation of coated sustained release pellets.Results:A satisfactory 12 h sustained release curve can be obtained when the pellets is coated with Eudragit RS100 5%(w·w-1) and PEG6000 10%(w·w-1) under the optimized formulation.Conclusions:The increased weight and proportion of Eudragits RS100 and PEG6000 are the main factors which influence the drug release.
