老年肝炎患者中输血传播病毒感染状况的研究

目的了解输血传播病毒(TTV)在老年病毒性肝炎患者中的感染状况,探讨TTV感染与老年病毒性肝炎的关系。方法取老年病毒性肝炎患者血清作TTV-DNA扩增,微板核酸杂交-ELISA技术作TTV检测及TTV基因分型。结果135例老年病毒性肝炎患者中TTV-DNA阳性者21例,阳性率为15.6%;TTV基因型主要为Ⅰ型(76.2%),TTV单独感染仅2例(9.5%),重叠感染率达90.5%,两者差异具显著性(P<0.01)。结论老年病毒性肝炎患者中TTV感染率较高,TTV可能是老年急性病毒性肝炎的主要病因之一。感染TTV基因型主要为Ⅰ型。可单独或混合感染,多与其他肝炎病毒感染同时存在,尤其是HBV、HEV。

THE INVESTIGATION OF TTV INFECTION STATUS IN AGED HEPATITIS PATIENTS

Objective To comprehend the transfusion transmit virus infection status in aged viral hepatitis patients and discuss the relation of TTV infection with aged viral hepatitis. Methods Got the blood serum of aged viral hepatitis patients and made TTV-DNA enlarged, then used micro-plank nucleic acid cross-fertilized technique to detect TTV and TTV genic model. Results The positive cases of TTV-DNA were twenty-one in one hundred and thirty five aged viral hepatitis patients and the positive ratio was 15.6%; The TTV genic model was chief I model (76.2%), The TTV singleness infection cases were two (9.5%) yet the superposable infection ratio was 90.5%, the difference had prominence. Conclusion The TTV infection ratio was higher in aged viral hepatitis patients, TTV may be one chief pathogen of aged viral hepatitis patients. The infection TTV genic model was chief I model. TTV could be single or omnibus infection and existed with the other hepatitis virus infection simultaneity especially HBV and HEV.
