64排螺旋CT血管造影在下肢动脉病变人工血管旁路移植术后随访的价值

摘    要:目的探讨64排螺旋CT血管造影在下肢动脉人工血管旁路移植术后随访的价值。方法2004-06—2006-05对连续68例下肢动脉人工血管旁路移植术后患者进行了64排螺旋CT血管造影检查,采用曲面重建(CPR),最大密度投影(MIP)及容积显示(VR)等多种后处理技术并结合原始图像进行综合分析。结果多种后处理图像相结合共显示移植血管87条,包括人工移植血管的位置及形态、内腔狭窄程度、侧枝循环和并发症等,符合临床诊断要求。结论64排螺旋CT血管造影术对人工移植血管的评价是可靠和准确的,可作为目前在下肢动脉病变人工血管旁路移植术后随访的首选影像诊断方法。

Abstract:Objective To evaluate the diagnostic value of 64-detector helical CT angiography for follow-up the artery of lower extremity after artificial vascular graft.Methods 68 cases with artificial vascular graft of artery of lower extremity underwent 64-detector helical CTA from 2004-06 to 2006-05.The data were transmitted to ADW4.2 workstation and reconstructed by maximum intensity projection(MIP),volume rendering(VR) and curved planar reconstruction(CPR),then generally analyzed with original axial images.Results In 68 cases,87 grafts were showed by 64-detector helical CTA including the location and shape of artificial vascular graft,the narrowing degree of vascular lumen,collateral circulation and complication.Conclusion 64-detector helical CTA is reliable and accurate in evaluating the artificial vascular graft,and can be used as the first modality in evaluating the artery of lower extremity after artificial vascular graft at present.
