肺结核患者一氧化氮和内皮素1的研究

摘    要:目的 探讨一氧化氮 (NO)和内皮素 1(ET- 1)与肺结核发生、发展的关系。方法 将受试对象分为三组 :肺结核组、非结核良性肺疾病组和健康对照组 ,分别检测其血清 NO和血浆 ET- 1水平 ,并将两者作相关分析。结果 肺结核组和非结核良性肺疾病组血清 NO和血浆 ET- 1均高于正常组 (P<0 .0 1) ,肺结核组血浆 ET- 1亦高于非结核良性肺疾病组 (P<0 .0 5 ) ,但两组之间血清 NO无差异 (P>0 .0 5 ) ;肺结核患者血 NO与 ET- 1之间无相关性 (r=0 .13、P>0 .0 5 )。结论 肺结核患者 NO水平升高是肺部炎症的标志 ;肺结核患者高水平 ET- 1在肺结核纤维化过程中可能起一定作用

Abstract:Objective To investigate the effects of nitric oxide(NO)and endothelin 1(ET 1)on the development of pulmonary tuberculosis.Methods Twenty patients with pulmonary tuberculosis,20 non tuberculosis benign pulmonary disease patients and 20 healthy control subjects were included in this study.We measured their NO and ET 1 levels and made correlation analyses on the two variables.Results The levels of NO and ET 1 in patients with pulmonary tuberculosis and non tuberculosis benign pulmonary disease were significantly higher as compared with those in controls respectively ( P <0.01),but there was no significant difference in NO level between the pulmonary tuberculosis group and non tuberculosis benign pulmonary disease group( P >0.05).The level of ET 1 in the pulmonary tuberculosis group was significontly higher than that in the non tuberculosis benign pulmonary disease group ( P <0.05).The level of NO was not correlated with the level of ET 1 in pulmonary tuberculosis patients ( r =0.13? P >0.05).Conclusion The results of this study on pulmonary tuberculosis demonstrated that high levels of NO should be the symbol of pulmonary inflammatory response,and ET 1 might be involved in fibrosis of pulmonary tuberculosis.
