结肠低张灌注法提高结肠癌CT成像质量的临床研究

目的 ]研究结肠低张灌注法对提高CT成像的临床价值 ,为选择合理的护理方法提供依据。 方法 ]对行结肠CT检查的病人 ,研究组 ( 18例 )在常规护理基础上 ,于CT扫描前行结肠灌注微温生理盐水低张灌肠 ,并与常规护理法相比较。 结果 ]研究组CT扫描图像清晰 ,病灶的显示率10 0 % ,分期的准确性 88% ,明显高于常规法。 结论 ]结肠低张灌注法为结肠癌的CT诊断提供了良好的影像学基础 ,为结肠癌的治疗前CT分期提供了诊断依据。

Clinical study on low-tension enema to promote CT imagery quality of colon cancer patients

Objective:to study the clinical value of low-tension enema to promote CT imagery quality, to provide a basis for choosing a reasonable nursing method.Method:patients undergoing colon CT were selected and divided into test and control groups. Patients of 18 cases in test group were given low-tension enema with warm normal saline based on routine care before undertaking colon CT and compared with control group who just got routine care.Result:CT images collected in test group patients were very clear. Focus display rate accounted for 100% and with the veracity of staging 88%, which were remarkably higher than that of control group.Conclusion:colon low-tension enema may provide a good imagery basis for CT diagnosis of colon cancer patients. It could provide a diagnostic basis for pre-therapeutic staging of colon cancer patients as well.
