| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨超声引导经皮肝穿刺胆道造影（U-PTC）的临床价值。方法：对80例胆道梗阻患者在超声引导下经皮肝内胆管或胆囊穿刺并注入造影剂。结果：80例穿刺均获成功，成功率为100．0％，无一例并发症发生。结论：U-PTC具有操作简单、安全，成功率高，并发症少等优点，值得临床推广应用。

| Abstract: | Objective:To investigate the clinical value of ultrasound-guided percutaneous transhepatic cholangiography.Methods:Under the guide of ultrasound,Percutaneous transhepatic biliary or gallbladder puncture and injection of contrast agent were performed to 80 biliary obstruction cases.Results:With a successful rate of 100%,the procedure was successful in all cases.Conclusion:With high successful rate and few complications,the ultrasound-guided percutaneous transhepatic cholangiography is a simple and safe procedure.It worths clinical application in large scale. |
