| 摘 要： | 目的 评估ISS评分在预测中青年胸部损伤患者伤情、是否需要开胸治疗以及病死率、致残率中的价值.方法 回顾性研究1998～2006年因胸部损伤,年龄在18～48岁的250例病例资料.根据ISS分组(＜16,16～27,＞27),分析ISS与预后的关系.结果 本组ISS平均值为(15.5±9.3)分,其中ISS评分:＜16分149例(59.6%),16～27分63例(25.2%),＞27分38例(15.2%).结论 ISS分值不但是病死率、致残率的独立预测因素,还是是否开胸的独立预测因素.
