去甲万古霉素与万古霉素治疗耐甲氧西林葡萄球菌感染的疗效及安全性比较

目的评价去甲万古霉素疗效及安全性。方法选择临床确诊为耐甲氧西林葡萄球菌(MRS)感染的45例病例,随机分为去甲万古霉素治疗组(22例)及万古霉素对照组(23例),对两组的疗效、安全性进行分析。结果去甲万古霉素、万古霉素组临床有效率分别为81.8%、82.6%(P>0.05),细菌学清除率分别为86.4%、87%(P>0.05),不良反应发生率分别为9.1%、8.7%(P>0.05)。结论去甲万古霉素组的临床效果、细菌学清除、不良反应的发生与万古霉素组相比无差异,说明去甲万古霉素治疗MRS安全、有效。

The comparison of the therapeutic effectiveness and safety between norvancomycin and vancomycin in treating the patients with meticillin-resistant Staphylococcus infections

Objective: To evaluate the effectiveness and safety of norvancomycin. Methods: Forty five patients with diagnoses of meticillin resistant Staphylococcus (MRS) infections were randomly divided into norvancomycin group ( n =22) or vancomycin group ( n =23) to compare the therapeutic effectiveness and safety between the 2 groups. Results: The rates of clinical effectiveness of norvancomycin group and vancomycin group were 81.8% and 82.6% ( P >0.05), and the bacterial clearance rates of the 2 groups were 86.4% and 87% ( P >0.05), respectively. The incidences of side reaction of the 2 groups were 9.1% and 8.7% ( P >0.05), respectively. Conclusion: The clinical effectiveness, the bacterial clearance rate and the incidence of side reaction have no difference between vancomycin group and norvancomycin group.Norvancomycin is safe and effective for treating the patients with MRS infections.
