硫辛酸与盐酸丁咯地尔联合治疗糖尿病周围神经病变疗效观察

目的观察硫辛酸联用盐酸丁咯地尔治疗糖尿病周围神经病变的疗效。方法将68例2型糖尿病合并周围神经病变的患者随机分为2组,治疗组36例,予以硫辛酸注射液600mg加入生理盐水250mL中静脉滴注,每日1次,盐酸丁咯地尔0.1g加入生理盐水250mL中静脉滴注,每日1次,治疗2周;对照组32例,予以甲钴胺500μg加入生理盐水250mL中静脉滴注,每日1次,治疗2周。结果治疗组有效率为94.4,对照组有效率为79.1,两组比较有显著性差异(P<0.05),且两组的神经传导速度均提高,治疗组神经传导速度提高更明显(P<0.05)。结论硫辛酸联用盐酸丁咯地尔为治疗糖尿病周围神经病变比较理想的组合。

Observation on the efficacy of thioctic acid combined with buflomedil in treating diabetic peripheral neuropathy

Objective To study the effects of treatment with thioctic acid and buflomedil on diabetic peripheral neuropathy(DPN).Methods 68 Ⅱ diabetic patients with DPN were selected and divided into two groups randomly.The treatment group adopted thioctic acid(600 mg/d) and buflomedil(0.1 g/d).The control group adopted mecobalamin(500 μg/d).They were all treated for two weeks.Results The total effective rate was 94.4% in the treatment group and 79.1% in the control group with a significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).Nerve conductive velocity of the treatment group was improved more faster than that of the control group.There was significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion It is an ideal way to treat DPN with thioctic acid and buflomedil.
