尾叶香茶菜二萜类化合物抑制肝癌细胞增殖作用的初步研究

摘    要:目的:观察尾叶香茶菜中提取的六种二萜类化合物对人肝癌细胞株SMMC-7721的作用。方法:通过体外细胞培养并应用MTF法分析二萜类化合物对细胞存活率的影响。结果:二萜类化合物B、C、F可明显抑制SMMC-7721细胞增殖,且呈时间剂量依赖性。结论:本研究证明尾叶香茶菜来源的二萜类化合物具有抗肿瘤活性,为尾叶香茶菜的开发利用提供了翔实的实验依据。

Abstract:Objective To determine the apoptosis of human hepatoma carcinoma cell line SMMC-7721 induced by six kinds of deterpenoids.Method The apoptotic rate of SMMC-7721 cells was detected by MTT and the cell cultured in vitro.Results Diterpenoid B,C and F could induce the apoptosis of SMMC-7721 in a dose-and time-dependent manner.Conclusion Diterpenoid B,C and F can trigger the apoptosis of SMMC-7721 through oxidative stress pathway, providing full and accurate experimental basis for using Rabdosia excise.
