| 摘 要： | 电子病历存储无纸化是病案管理的发展方向，介绍了利用虚拟打印实现病历文档的归档。利用电子签名保证归档文书的合法性，实现病历文档的电子化存储；且利用第三方电子认证的方式，有效地对系统权限进行控制，包括控制系统人员的登录、查阅调档病历资料，及打印归档后的电子病历；不仅实现了“以病人为中心”的病历信息集成。更在病案存储管理上大大节省了人力物力，显著提高了病历信息的存储和管理水平。

| Abstract: | Paperless storage of electronic medical records represents the trend of development of medical file management. This article introduces the filing of medical records by virtual printing, legalization of the filed documents by electronic signature, electronic storage of medical records, and effective control of the system access by digital identification of the third party, including the system operators and those who want to consult, transfer or print the filed medical records. These strategies can not only help realize the ＂patient-centered＂ information integration of medical documents, but also save a lot of manpower and material resources, and promote the storage and management of medical records. |
