低年资护士应急能力培养途径与方法探讨

摘    要:目的寻找低年资护士应急能力培养的途径和方法,提高其应急综合能力。方法 2007年1月—2009年12月在临床一线从事护理工作2~5年的执业注册护士128人,分批进入重症监护室、急诊监护室、门诊输液室轮转,进行为期3个月的应急综合能力培训。培训前后临床实地考核综合能力,进行焦虑量表评估,并进行满意度调查。结果培训后低年资护士急救操作技能及发现问题、解决问题、危重护理记录书写得分均较培训前明显提高(P(0.01),焦虑量值明显降低(P(0.01),医生、患者对护士工作的满意率明显提高(P(0.01)。结论采用专科轮转培训可有效提高低年资护士的应急综合能力。

Abstract:Objective To investigate the pathways and approaches to the cultivation of the competence in emergency response in nurses with low seniority,and enhance their comprehensive competence in dealing with emergency.Method From Jan.,2007 to Dec.,2009,128 licensed nurse practitioners with two to five years' clinical work experience were recruited in a three-month training program on comprehensive competence in emergency response,including rotations in ICU,ECU and outpatient transfusion room.Their comprehensive competence was evaluated by clinical on-site tests and the anxiety evaluation scale as well questionnaires of satisfaction rate before and after the training.Result The results of tests shows that the nurses with low seniority have significant enhancement in the scores of first-aid operation skills,problem finding,problem solving and writing of critical care nursing documents(P0.01).The satisfaction rate about nursing from doctors and patients markedly increased(P0.01),and the scores on the anxiety scale of nurses evidently decreased(P0.01).Conclusion Training programs with rotations in special departments can effectively enhance the comprehensive competence in emergency response in nurses with low seniority.
