| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨游离型腰椎间盘突出症的手术治疗。方法：本对123例游离型腰椎间盘突出症手术资料进行回顾性研究，其中对112例病人进行了0．5－5年的随访（平均3．5年），结果：手术优良率达93．7％，结论：MRI有利于腰椎间盘游离型突出的诊断，并可与腰椎管占位性病相鉴别，主张早期实施手术治疗，并防止神经结构医源性损伤。

| Abstract: | Objective:To Probe the operative treatment for sequestered lumbar disc herniation.Methods:The clinical materials of the 123 Patients suffering from sequestered lumbar disc herniation were studyed retrospectively.The patients were operated for sequestered lumbar disc fragment between 1993 and 1999.112 patients of the 123,cases were followed up from 0.5y to 5y (mean 3.5y)postoperatively.Results:The excellent and good rates for the surgical treatment were 93.7%.Conclusions:MRI is recommended in the diagnosis of the disorders.Surgical treatment must be performed as early as possible.The iatrogenic injury of nervous tissue should be prevented during operation. |
