心脑络通胶囊成型工艺研究

目的 确定心脑络通胶囊剂成型工艺条件。方法 以成型性、休止角、吸湿性、堆密度、临界相对湿度为考察指标，选择辅料，确定胶囊号及装药量。结果 淀粉为辅料，选用0号胶囊，每粒装0．46g，生产车间的相对湿度应控制在51％以下。结论 通过上述试验确定的成型工艺合理，为大生产提供可靠依据。

The Molding Technology of Xinnaotong Capsule

Objective To determine the molding technological conditions of Xinnaotong capsule.Methods Tak- ing compactability,reposeangle,hygroscopicity,bulk density and critical relative humidity as inspecting indexes, choosing supplementary materials,determining the size of capsule and charge quantity.Results Amylum as supple- mentary material,size 0 capsule,0.46g each capsule,the relative humidity of the production shop was below 51%. Conclusion The molding technology determined by the above-mentioned experiment is reasonable,and can pro- vide reliable basis for production.
