拉西地平治疗老年单纯收缩期高血压的有效性和安全性研究

目的评价拉西地平治疗老年单纯收缩期高血压患者的有效性和安全性。方法选择60例老年单纯收缩期高血压患者,口服用拉西地平2～8mg/d,治疗8周,观察用药前及治疗后8周24h动态血压变化情况。结果治疗后昼夜平均收缩压均明显下降,心率无明显变化,收缩压和舒张压的谷峰比均〉50%,差异均有统计学意义（P均〈0.05）。结论拉西地平能降低老年人单纯收缩期高血压,降压疗效确切、安全。

Analysis of efficacy and safety of Lacidipine in treatment of isolated systolic hypertension in the elderly

Objective To evaluate the efficacy and safety of Lacidipine in the treatment of isolated systolic hypertension in the elderly.Methods 60 patients with isolated systolic hypertension were randomly selected and treated with 2-8 mg/d of oral Lacidipine for 8 weeks.The changes of blood pressure were record with 24h ambulatory blood pressure monitoring （ABPM） before and after treatment.Results ABPM presented that the average systolic blood pressure decreased significantly both day and night after treatment,but heart rate has no distinct changes.Both the ratio of peak systolic and diastolic blood pressure were 50%.Conclusion Lacidipine could reduce isolated systolic hypertension in the elderly and is efficient and safe.
