广州市生育期妇女乙型肝炎病毒和SEN病毒感染状况调查

目的了解广州市生育期妇女乙型肝炎病毒和SEN病毒感染状况。方法对2006年在广州市某三甲医院妇产科就诊的年龄介于18～47岁的3208名生育期妇女的血清标本用酶联免疫法检测乙肝两对半,并随机抽取其中200份标本用聚合酶链反应法检测SEN病毒D和H亚型。结果HBsAg阳性率为14.3%（459/3208）,其中HBsAg、HBeAg、抗-HBc三项阳性占3.2%（103/3208）,HBsAg、抗-HBe、抗-HBc三项阳性占8.4%（269/3208）,未检出SENV-D和H。结论广州市生育期妇女乙肝病毒携带率高,必须强化乙肝疫苗预防接种,确保新生儿及时、全程接种乙肝疫苗,杜绝乙肝病毒经血传播。SEN病毒感染状况有待进一步研究。

Hepatitis B and SEN Virus Infection among Women at Fertile Age in Guangzhou City

Objective To investigate hepatitis B and SEN virus infection among women at fertile age in Guangzhou.Method Serum samples were collected from 3208 women of 18 to 47 years old visiting the Obstetric and Gynecologic Department of a 3A hospital of Guangzhou.All samples were tested for hepatitis B virus markers(HBVM)by ELISA.Two hundred samples were randomly selected and tested for SENV-D and H subtype by PCR.Result HBsAg positive rate was 14.3%(459/3208).3.2%(103/3208)was positive for all the three markers of HBsAg,HBeAg and Anti-HBc.8.4%(269/3208)was positive for all the three markers of HBsAg,anti-HBe and anti-HBc.SENV-D and H were negative.Conclusion HBV carrier rate was high among women at fertile age in Guangzhou.Measures should be taken to ensure timely completion of the 3-dose hepatitis B vaccination among newborns and stop HBV transmission through blood and blood products.SEN virus infection rate requires further study.
