| 摘 要： | 用腹腔镜胆囊切除术（ＬＣ）急诊治疗１５例急性胆囊炎病人；全部病例手术成功，术后恢复良好。作者认为只要掌握熟练的ＬＣ技术，急性胆囊炎处于急性发作期３天内或距前次急性发作时间超过３月者均可作为ＬＣ的适应症。

| Abstract: | 1his paper presents the application of laparoscopic cliolecystectomy for 15 patients withacute cholecystitis.The operations were successful and the recoveries after operatiOn were satis-factory.The authors consider that acute cholecystitis,may be the indication of laparoscopic chole-cystectomy when it apperars within three days or recur,after three months for the last acutecholecystitis if the surgeons are skilled in laparoscopic cholecystectomy. |
