摘    要:尽管生长抑制基因(ING)家族被发现不久,但研究认为它是公认的抑癌基因进化家族的一部分。ING1基因是这个家族的第一个成员,编码几个不同的mRNA变异体,产生一个蛋白家族。目前研究最多的蛋白亚型是p33ING1b,它与限制细胞生长和增殖、凋亡、肿瘤的非锚定生长、细胞衰老、维持基因组稳定和调节细胞周期调节点有关。ING1基因在肿瘤中很少发生突变,尽管p33ING1b的亚细胞位置可能影响它的功能。p33ING1b从胞核转移到胞质可能失去正常的细胞功能,很可能是一些肿瘤发病机制的中枢环节。

Abstract:Although the family of ING has not been found very long,the study showed that it is the part of anti-oncogene evolution family.ING1 is the first member of this family,which can encode several different variant of mRNA and then produce a family of protein.The subgroup of this protein family that study most is p33 ING1b,which is related to the inhibition of cell growth and proliferation,apoptosis,non-anchoring growth of tumor,cell aging,maintenance of genomic stability and regulation of checkpoint in cell cycle.ING1 gene mutation is uncommon in cancer,although the subcellular localization of p33INGb1 may have an effect on its function.The p33INGb1 cellular compartmental shift from nucleus to cytoplasm may cause loss of normal cellular function,and maybe play a central role in the pathogenesis of several cancers.
