| Abstract: | There are some difficulties in protecting intellectual property rights of TCM,including consciousness,application and protection. It is suggested to strengthen the education for all-round development,and pay attention to cultivating inter-disciplinary talent. Above all,there must be a whole strategy to improve the technology of TCM patent. |
