| 摘 要： | 目的:观察常规治疗冠心病药物结合硝酸甘油治疗冠心病心绞痛的临床疗效。方法:将75例患者随机分为治疗组(大剂量组25例和小剂量组25例)和对照组(25例),对照组给予常规疗法,治疗组在常规疗法基础上给予硝酸甘油治疗。结果:治疗组心绞痛治疗总有效率、心电图总有效率分别优于对照组,不同剂量的治疗组治疗后肝、肾功能和三大常规检测与对照组相比,差异无统计学意义。结论:联合用药治疗冠心病心绞痛疗效更明显且无严重不良反应。
