通腑清脑合剂灌肠治疗中枢性发热临床观察

目的观察通腑清脑合剂灌肠治疗中枢性发热的临床疗效。方法将200例中枢性发热患者随机分为2组,治疗组100例用通腑清脑合剂保留灌肠,每日2次;对照组用羚羊角注射液、安痛定注射液及地塞米松注射液,每日2次肌肉注射。治疗3日及1周后观察体温变化。结果用药3日及1周时,2组体温下降比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),治疗组疗效优于对照组。结论通腑清脑合剂灌肠能明显缩短发热时间及发热程度,是治疗中枢性发热的有效方法。

Observation of central high fever treated by coloclysis of Tongfu qingnao medicinal broth

Objective To observe central high fever treated by coloclysis of Tongfu qingnao medicinal broth. Methods 200 patients with central high fever were randomly divided into two groups. Patients in treatment group (n=100) were treated by retention-enema of Tongfu qingnao medicinal,twice a day. Patients in control group (n=100) were treated by routine therapy. Results After three days of treatment decrease of body temperature in treatment group was superior to that in control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Coloclysis of Tongfu qingnao medicinal can short fever time and depress fever degree.
