静电式空气消毒洁净器动态消毒的试验研究

摘    要:目的探讨静电式空气消毒洁净器空气动态消毒效果。方法在一间手术室选择静电式空气消毒洁净器开机为实验组,一间不开机为对照组,在同时开展手术的两手术间连续采集监测空气中细菌菌落数,并用SPSS统计软件包分析结果。结果手术整个过程实验组室内细菌菌落数低于对照组(P<0.05),实验组开机2.0h,除菌率达到74.83%,其除菌率高于对照组细菌自然衰亡率(P<0.05)。结论静电式空气消毒洁净器具有较高的除菌作用,其动态除菌效果优于紫外线等消毒方法。

Abstract:Objective To study the dynamic disinfection effects of Electrostatic Air Disinfection Cleaner(EADC).Methods Two operating rooms in a polyclinic were selected.One of the rooms was equipped with a EDAC as the experimental group.The other room without the equipment was the control group. Every half an hour we sampled and measured the numbers of the airborne microbes with the condition that seventeen pairs of operations performed at the same period and analyzed the data with the SPSS software package.Results Throughout the operation,the numbers of airborne microbes in the experiment group were significantly lower than those in the control group.Its rate of disinfection reached 74.83% after 2 hours' working of the EADC and it was higher than the rate of the control group.Conclusions The dynamic disinfection effects of EDAC is better than that of static disinfection methods such as ultraviolet radiation,ect.
